Some of these workouts are best done on a track. Yes, tracks can be intimidating. But just because youre at a track does not require you to run fast. A track is an ideal setting for a beginner because its flat, traffic-free, and the distance is measured.

In history, we would throw rocks as far as possible or hold a big stick and try to hit another guy off of a horse. Now it's glow-stick Zumba on surfboards with dogs.
